Animals Worldwide has been formed to help small sanctuaries and re-homing centres, to assist with catch/neuter/return projects and to urge the travel companies and resorts to make sure animals lovers DO enjoy their holidays.

Animals Worldwide is particularly grateful for the valued support, in terms of advice and back-up, of a number of major organisations, however we are totally self-funding and therefore your own financial support is vital to us.

Animals Worldwide has been established to assist in the World wide endeavour to bring such animal cruelty to an end.

 

It’s clear from reports of tourists returning to the UK from overseas destinations that there is a keen interest in Animal welfare and related issues, and that certain experiences can quite literally make or break a holiday.

 

The presence of undernourished and ill treated dogs, cats & donkeys for example cause anger and distress while the pursuit of effective welfare campaigns gives real pleasure & satisfaction.

 

Animals Worldwide therefore is currently building relationships with the tourist industry in an effort to harness the eyes ears and energies of the holiday making and travelling public to identify good and bad practice to initiate action where necessary and to support those already working in the field, running small sanctuaries and organising neutering projects for example.

 

With the co-operation of the tourist industry, Animals Worldwide would like when appropriate, to offer welfare friendly grades for resorts & hotels.

On the one time honoured principle that ‘One person can make a difference’ Animals Worldwide believes that the co-ordinated dedication and enthusiasm of those already working for Animal welfare worldwide and the vast travelling public, the ‘One people’ who care can be helped to mobilise as an enormous and effective resource.
